Don’t even have to explain why this is obviously a sensitive subject for the kid in the pink polo, and not to condone violence, especially in schools, but it’s pretty easy to understand why the purported comment in question had him enraged.
If this fight didn’t happen in a place where authority figures were around to break it up, there’s a 99.9% chance headband kid would’ve been beaten within an inch of his life.

Goes without saying, but I don’t think white t-shirt is going to be hurling any more Islamophobic comments anytime soon.
