I’m not a cat person, but I certainly can respect how ballsy they can be in certain situations, especially when it comes to hunting. Their instincts are pure carnal. My roommate’s cat once destroyed a pigeon that landed on our windowsill for a half a second. The window was only cracked a couple inches, too. In one fluid motion, it literally ran from another room to claw it before the bird’s neck was in its mouth. There were feathers and bird guts everywhere, but the act was nothing short of impressive, especially since the cat would have taken a five-floor fall out the window if it overextended.
Felines are weird like that. In this video, a house cat is ready to go toe-to-toe with a freakin’ mountain lion that’s four times its size. The house cat isn’t even fazed when the lion briefly roars at him.
