Jerry Sandusky’s Son Arrested For 10 Counts Of Child Sex Abuse

Pennsylvania State Police officers have arrested Jeffrey Sandusky, the adopted son of former Penn State football assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, on 10 charges of sexual assault of a child. On Monday, Jeffrey was arraigned and brought up on multiple charges including child pornography, child sex abuse, and corruption of minors.

Authorities say that an investigation was launched in November after the father of a child called the police to report that Jeffrey had been sending his kid text messages requesting naked pictures. The 41-year-old Sandusky was reportedly dating the child’s mother and lived in her home for about five years. A criminal complaint shows that a second child was also abused, dating back to 2013.

Sandusky’s bail was set at $200,000 and prohibited from any contact with minors.

Jerry Sandusky is currently serving 30 to 60 years in prison for 45 counts of molestation while he was the assistant football coach at Penn State.
