‘Koi’ Is China’s First PS4 Game And It’s Almost Too Chill

Games don’t get any more philosophical than this bros. Now that China can finally sell console games across the country they have carpe’d that fucking diem with a game that could not embody so much of their culture more. This shit is profoundly puzzling. Literally. You spend much of ‘Koi’ solving puzzles through opening various lotus flowers whilst dodging predators. Even better, the entire time you solve your shit to the soothing, soul-tickling, mind clutter clearing soundtrack of a stellar Chinese piano score.

This move by China could establish a promising precedent within China’s indie game developing community to actually create more games for consumption.
