There is so much information about men’s health online, on TV and in magazines, it’s easy to a guy to get confused as hell. Like is this the week we shouldn’t eat egg yolks or is this the week we should only eat yolks? How many cups of water does a guy really need every day? Can I stop chugging water all day because I’m tired of pissing my pants on long car rides.
