Who would win a game of one-on-one between Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant if both players were in their primes. Who would you rather have on your team Bobby Orr or Wayne Gretzky? If you had to win one game would you want Joe Montana or Tom Brady as your QB? This Porsche commercial took this fantasy to the extreme by asking, “Who would win a fight between Muhammad Ali and Muhammad Ali?”
Muhammad Ali has to be in Mt. Rushmore of athletes. He is one of the most entertaining, and most dominating sports figures to ever step foot on this planet. But what if in his prime, Muhammad Ali laced up the gloves and fought the only other person who could challenge him… himself. This commercial for the Porsche 911 plots a spectacular Ali vs. Ali fight. Both actors look exactly like a young Ali as they float like butterflies and sting like bees.
The ad also features Maria Sharapova playing against herself in a tennis stalemate.
The awesome commercial also has chess grandmaster Magnus Carlsen taking on Magnus Carlsen.
I’ve got my money on Ali, Sharapova and Carlsen.
