NYC Bartender Suing Her Boss For ‘Making Her Work Sex Parties’ Where People Reportedly Boned Right In Front Of Her

Jamilya Bliss, a spilt house cocktail who has recently gained enough sentience to become a bartender at Club Remix in Tribeca, New York, is currently suing her boss after she claims he forced her to work weekly “sex parties” held in the club where she was allegedly subjected to “nudity, prostitution, and people performing sexual acts in her presence.”

Well…duh. What else did you think a “sex party” entailed? Finger painting? Marshmallow peeps? Jamba Juice? Come on now use your brain, we’re all adults here.

However, if Bliss’ claim that she wasn’t told about what went down at these alleged sex parties prior to showing up at the start of her shift turns out to be true, well then shit – can you imagine walking into what you expect to be another regular shift, then all of a sudden people start stripping and fucking each other like some sort of naked flash mob? Literally the most WTF moment you could ever experience if you aren’t prepared for it.

She said: “If anyone wants to come to the bathroom, to exit or get a drink, if they’re naked, they just come out. It got so comfortable, everything was out in the open, in the bar, on the dance floor.”

The worker, from Brooklyn, also said how she assumed the theme was a pyjama party until things began getting “comfortable”.

She said: “The club hosts different types of events, birthday parties, baby showers, even a wedding reception … It started out like a normal party. Just people buying drinks, talking, listening to music.(via)

When Bliss reportedly complained to her boss, his response was “What do you care?” She claims that he made her work the sex party nights despite the fact that she had expressed discomfort.

Bliss is currently seeking “unspecified” damages.
