Prince’s Jaw-Dropping $12 Million Turks And Caicos Home Is Exactly What I Envision Heaven Looking Like

Earlier today, we brought you the news of a man claiming to be Prince’s only biological son, and therefore the sole surviving legal heir of the music icon’s estimated $300 million fortune.

If true (however unlikely), Carlin Q. Williams, who is currently serving time for Weapons Transport in Colorado, will likely inherit Prince’s incredible $12 million 10,000 square-foot Turks and Caicos mansion.

Prince bought the property on one of the world’s best islands back in 2010 and immediately painted the driveway his signature color, purple.

According to Regency-Christie’s International Real Estate, the main villa contains 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a covered terrace with a bar, gym/studio, home theatre and a grand foyer.
The property also includes well as a two-story guest house and a residence for staff, with a pool, tennis court, tropical gardens, walking trails and a boat dock.

Daily Mail reports that Robert Greenwood, a real estate broker who specializes in luxury homes, called the property one of the most exquisite estates in the Caribbean. And from the pictures below, it may be tough to argue against his claim.

I have $41 in my bank account if we’re looking to crowd fund this bitch.

R.I.P. Prince

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
