If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen. The same philosophy applies to if you can’t keep your lunch down don’t participate in a between-inning contest at minor league baseball game. This poor girl was competing in a ribbon dancing event during Thursday night’s Charleston RiverDogs game.
The RiverDogs are the single-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, and it appears that this young woman needs more seasoning in the minors. She was walking off the field when she ralphed all over herself. Maybe that second helping of ballpark nachos with that cheese made out of powder and three Pabsts was a seriously bad decision.

Why is she trying to catch her own puke? Is she concerned that she will defile the dirt and grass on the baseball field by chundering? You’re not catching stomach acid and liquefied hot dogs with your hands. Just upchuck and walk off like a champ.
I like that this video was put out to the public by the official Twitter of the Charleston RiverDogs. You have to appreciate a team that is willing to use their social media to promote one of their fans embarrassing themselves. The social media manager for the RiverDogs deserves a raise.
