Do You Have A ‘Romantic Rival’? This Guy Does And He Stopped A Bus To Stab Him

I think I fell in love with the term romantic rivals after reading this story. Romantic rivals sounds almost Shakespearean. Classy beyond classy. Two white-gloved gents giving out face slaps before engaging in long overdue fisticuffs.

This story involves a cheating wife and a New York City bus driver carrying a weapon. Kind of tarnishes the classy.

An MTA bus driver reacted in archetypal spurned lover fashion after spotting the object of his wife’s affection, pulling his bus over and allegedly stabbing the Other Man in the arm with a pocket knife.

The bus ruins it all too. I’m imagining a trolley NO a horse drawn carriage.

Williams himself was cruising in a Honda, but that didn’t stop Henry from bringing his bus to a halt and somehow running up to Williams’ car. The squabble escalated from fisticuffs when Henry produced a pocket knife and stabbed his rival in the arm, with enough force to produce “a lot of blood,” one witness told the Post.

So there WERE fisticuffs! I’m no longer disappointed. I’m also no longer taking the bus.
