Sure, you could put this helmet on a tree stump, or just the ground, or even a small mammal, then fire a round at it. That’s what they’d do in another country. Not in Russia, though. In Russia, you gotta see if a bulletproof helmet will actually stop a bullet when a person’s head is inside it.
