Let’s get this out of the way right off the bat – there will never be a greater gorilla meme than Harambe. However, this weekend there were two strong candidates to carry the torch of the late, great Harambe. There was the maniac dancing gorilla from the Dallas Zoo and then there is the “TED Talk Gorilla.”
The L.A. Zoo shared this intriguing photo of a gorilla seemingly giving an oral presentation to a group of people. The internet took the pic and ran with it. Instantly, there were hundreds of memes of the “TED Talk Gorilla.”
