An Arkansas teen is facing a felony charges for putting soda in a water cup at McDonald’s. Apparently that’s a big fucking deal in parts of the country. Like Arkansas.
According to Springdale police, 18-year-old Cody Morris and two friends ordered cups of water in the drive-thru, dumped out the water, then came inside and refilled the cups with soda.
The manager realized what was going on and asked the trio to return the drinks.
Police said two of the three gave back the cups, but Morris did not.
Oh so he’s a thief AND a son of a bitch.
KHBS reported the manager stood behind Morris’ car and tried to stop them from leaving. He was struck by the car as they tried to leave. The manager was hit again as he continued trying to block the escape.
Alright maybe that’s why he’s facing charges but if the manager just let it go because IT’S GOD DAMN SODA. Maybe they only had so much money, spent it on food and couldn’t afford a drink? Is 12 ounces of Diet Fanta worth getting run over? I’d run over someone FOR it but not BECAUSE of it.
