How to Troll NYC Tourists In Double-Decker Buses

If you’ve ever walked through midtown Manhattan, you’ve probably been hassled by someone on the street to ride in a double-decker sightseeing bus. Tourists flock to these double-decker buses in droves during the summer, where they can cruise high above the mean streets of Manhattan, observing our fair city from a distance without having to actually interact with the strange people who live here.

A couple of kids thought it would be fun to turn the double-decker sightseeing bus experience into the urban equivalent of a log flume ride. With fire hydrants popped, hilarity ensues:
