Try Not To Barf Watching This Giant Boeing 777 Bob, Weave And Land In 75 MPH Winds

If flying isn’t your favorite thing in the world, then this video of a KLM Boeing 777 landing in 75 MPH winds during the most severe July storm ever recorded in the Netherlands probably isn’t going to help matters.

Things were so bad that the Dutch national meteorological service issued a “Code Red” warning. I don’t know what that even means but it can’t be good.

All I know is that there were probably more than a few people less worried about their “items shifting in the overhead compartment” than they were about their bodies shifting all over the pavement. Whoever the pilot of this jet was, my hat is off to you sir. I hope someone at KLM bought you a nice new pair of pants after that landing because I have no doubt that you needed them.
