Friday night in Greenwich Village a man appeared out of nowhere, emerging from a sidewalk subway grate to toss a smoke bomb into a restaurant, and then disappearing back down the same subway grate from where he came, causing those eating there to worry that ISIS or some other terrorist group was targeting them.
The restaurant, Bar Pitti, has no real explanation for why the smoke bomb was thrown there, but it is a hangout for celebrities as actress Rose McGowan was present when the smoke bomb went off.
