I’m not exactly sure how a person confuses the word “semen” when they are attempting to say the word “scene.” The only reason that I can surmise is that this DC4 News reporter had semen on the brain.
“Scene” is one syllable and “semen” is two syllables. “Scene” is a place and “semen” is a thing.
Maybe she just had a protein shake and her mouth was still viscousy which hampered her speech.
Maybe she had semen on the tip of her tongue during the entire segment.
Whatever the reason, I’m sure this semen blunder left this reporter with a bad taste in her mouth.
