21-year-old Emily Petrozza was fishing with her 17-year-old sister, Lauren, when the pair noticed that Emily had a poison ivy rash on her arm. Thinking nothing of it, Emily took her contact lenses out later that night and started developing red bumps around her eyes. Lauren took the following photo:
…and went to bed.
The next morning, Emily woke up to find that her eyes had swollen completely shut overnight. And because you should always jump on any opportunities to embarrass your siblings, Lauren tweeted out the following photos of her then-misshapen sister:
