Obviously this is changing as states change their laws about marijuana, but some headshops are forced to stick to the “no bongs or bowls” move since their products are for “tobacco use only” (wink wink, nod nod).
A headshop in Texas made this handy dandy guide for what customers can and cannot say when trying to buy a “water pipe” (or, bong). Gotta love that the headshop is called Hempy’s (wink wink, nod nod).
