Celebrity tattoo artist Scott Campbell just completed his latest “installation and performance” project titled “Whole Glory.” Campbell and his team set up a random hole in a wall and had strangers stick their arms through the opening so he could complete a tattoo of his choice.
Campbell didn’t see any of the participants beforehand and tattooed whatever he felt like on their appendage. The participants signed up in advance and were chosen via lottery.
Campbell uploaded some of the finished tats to his Instagram.
