Walking through the tiniest spider web can instantly turn a grown ass man into one of those ‘Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm’ people. Now, imagine stumbling upon a spider web that’s over 98 feet wide (30+ meters). If that sounds like your worst nightmare, you’re not alone.

This isn’t just the stuff of nightmares, though, because the world’s largest spider web exists and it can be found inhabited by thousands of spiders right now in Papamoa, new Zealand:

There’s no excuse for letting such a thing exist in the world. I love nature as much as anyone. I’m all for living and let live when it comes to jungle creatures. But a spider web this size poses a serious fucking threat to the mental stability of humanity.

A few weeks ago I brought you all this article about how quickly spiders could devour the entire human race of they wanted to. Knowing that it would only take a matter of months for spiders to wipe out humanity we simply cannot sit idly by as a super colony of spiders exists like this. Burn that shit to the ground.
