I imagine the off-season can get pretty boring for NBA superstars, even those only a month removed from winning the NBA Finals. They’ve got to do something to fill the void of balling in front of thousands of fans night in and night out, and you know what? I don’t blame them one bit – especially when it’s a perfectly executed Twitter troll job like this.
Andre Iguodala, this year’s NBA Finals MVP, was evidently looking to get a reaction when he hilariously trolled Golden State Warriors fans with this tweet that left them all inferring the shooting guard wanted to be traded from the reigning NBA champs.
Then trade me… https://t.co/eahYRKAKYf

And of course, the fan reactions were priceless…

Perfect execution, Andre. You never know how much they actually love you until you threaten to leave.
Eventually, the jig was up when Iguodala came clean and let the Warriors fans know he was just joking around.
Ha! Got eeeeem! Yall know I'm playing #weStillSchampionship

Enjoy the off-season, Iggy. And do something funny like this again. Soon.
