In the third quarter of today’s Baylor-Oklahoma game, Baylor QB Seth Russell suffered a a gruesome leg injury after getting tackled and had to be carted off the field.

Russell was eventually carted off the field and replaced by backup QB Zach Smith. There are no updates to Russell’s condition as of now.
Update:
Seth Russell has been diagnosed with a dislocated ankle which while still serious is not as bad as it looked in the video.
According to Baylor, Seth Russell has been diagnosed with a dislocated ankle and is getting an x-ray at the stadium.
