It hasn’t been a great week for Blake Griffin, who, after being absolutely humiliated by the ancient Kevin Garnett a few days ago on a posterizing jam, just got tossed during tonight’s Clippers-Bulls game after this nasty, open-handed punch on Chicago’s Taj Gibson while attempting to block him.
Refs hit Griffin with a Flagrant 2, an automatic ejection, which is the second time this season that he was booted for that type of foul during a game.
Second ejection of season for Blake Griffin, who was also ejected against Phoenix after picking up a pair of technical fouls.

There are some questionable calls during games, but this one looks like Blake deserved to get a first-class escort off of the hardwood—even if he did try to hold Gibson up after the slap.
