Eric Wellwood of the Adirondack Phantoms managed to slice himself with his own skate during yesterday’s game. He split open an artery in his calf and blood spewed all over the place.
He’s recovering the hospital. His teammate Daniel Syvret is tweeting gruesome photos of the carnage for all to enjoy.
