Colts’ QB Bryan Bennett got a rude awakening in his first professional game that the NFL game is a bigger beast than the athletes in the Southland Conference, where he played at Southeastern Louisiana University.

Late in the fourth quarter of the Eagles’ preseason game, Eagles linebacker Bryan Braman shot the gap and poked the football out of Bennett’s hand before slamming him to the turf like a ragged doll. Philadelphia recovered the fumble and it set up a seven yard touchdown run from the Chosen One: Tim Tebow.
