This 95-Year-Old Can Run Really, Really Fast

Charles Eugster is five years away from having his face on a jar of Smuckers but he’s not just wasting around waiting to hit the century mark.

No, he’s out there giving it his all on the track.

And all his hard work (decades and decades of speed drills) paid off as he used his spry legs to crush a world record for his age group.

Eugster turned in a blistering 55.48-second 200-meter dash, a full two seconds faster than the existing mark.

His commitment to fitness and staying active should be applauded. He is a much better person than I am.

Once I get on the wrong side of 40, it’s going to be all doughnuts and lounging 24/7.
