Chicago Cubs backstop Dioner Navarro took a brutal hit from Philadelphia’s Chase Utley during a play at home plate last night. He lay on the ground for several minutes before being carted off the field. Shockingly, though, the news this morning is positive.
Dioner Navarro's x-rays were negative. It is being treated as a contusion (bruise).
