Icing the kicker doesn’t always work.
During today’s Chiefs-Titans game, Andy Reid decided to call a timeout during Ryan Succop’s 53-yard game-winning attempt in an attempt to throw the kicker off his game but instead the opposite happened.
Watch as Succop misses his first field goal attempt that didn’t count because of the timeout and then proceeds to make the second attempt to win the game.
