Conor McGregor Calls WWE Wrestlers ‘Pussies’ Before Giving Props To CM Punk After He Got Bamboozled In His MMA Debut

Retired pro wrestler CM Punk got bamboozled in his MMA debut, lasting just over two minutes against Brazilian jiu-jitsu brown belt Mickey Gall on Saturday night.

That ear is going to appear in my nightmares tonight.

The 37-year-old CM Punk was gracious in the loss, claiming that he’s not going to give up in his pursuit to become a respect MMA-er.

“In life you go big or you go home. I just like to take challenges. This was a hell of a mountain to climb but that doesn’t mean I’m going to give up. I will be back this was the most fun I’ve had in my life.”

TMZ caught up with McGregor and pressed him on his take on CM’s underwhelming debut.

“Fair play to him because he got in there and fought.”

“Not a lot of people do. Not a lot of people have the balls to make that walk. So fair play. He got his ass whooped. God bless, but he got his ass whooped.

“But those WWE guys are straight pussies, I told you all. But he isn’t. He got in there and fought. So fair play to him, respect.”

This is far from the first time McGregor has taken a shot at WWE wrestlers. Earlier this month he called WWE guys “dweebs,” and John Cena a “big fat, 40-year-old failed Mr. Olympia motherfucker.” Brilliant.
