DEBATE THE SLATE, A Sports Gambling Podcast: COLLEGE FOOTBALL IS BACK, BABY!!!!!!

By 09.01.17

Editor’s Note: Last week we launched DEBATE THE SLATEa sports gambling podcast for degenerates who find themselves casually gambling all the time. Dom and Garrett speak our language when it comes to our degenerate sports gambling habit, so we’re thrilled to have them on board. Big shout out to our friends at MyBookie.AG for bringing this BroBible project to life.

We’ll be rolling out new episodes on Wednesdays this fall, so don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE on iTunes.

On this episode of Debate the Slate Dom and Garrett recap a fight that was never really a question in McGregor vs Mayweather, and talk a little bit about some wins from Week Zero of the College football season.

Then the guys are joined by Luke Zimmerman, former College League Manager for SB Nation and current head of editorial for Futhead to give their College Football preview ahead of the REAL start to the season. They discuss some offseason storylines, talk about who will win the Big Ten, dive into the SEC (and kinda drag Georgia a bit), talk a little Heisman Trophy race WAY too early, debate if there is a real contender in the Pac 12 or Big 12, and talk ACC regression as well. Luke gives his College Football Playoff picks as well and it could feature two season rematches.

After that, the guys talk about some week one line action you need to jump on and Garrett gives us his weekly Pope pick. LET’S GO!
