The San Diego Chargers have had one of the more roller coaster seasons of any NFL team I can remember. Six weeks in, they were tops in the league, with Phillip Rivers a potential MVP candidate. That was followed by three straight terrible loses. Now though, they are on the upswing, with two wins.
But they are currently losing to the Ravens, and this play, where D.J. Fluker accidentally knocked the football from Eddie Royal’s hands, did nothing to help their cause. The Ravens converted the turnover into a field goal.
