Anyway, the Tampa Bay Rays triple-A affiliate in Durham, North Carolina—better known as the Bulls of Kevin Costner fame—is sponsoring a Star Wars night on May 4th, and they have gone all out on the jersey design. That, above, is an R2-D2-inspired jersey. It will be auctioned off during the game to benefit North Carolina’s autism society, so yes, it will be difficult to buy unless you catch a May flight to RDU.
And in the minor league’s insane Jersey Wars, it just might be the victor.
