Éder Scored His First Meaningful Goal For Portugal To Win Them Euro 2016

Éder was subbed in for Portugal in the 79th-minute, and went on to net his first goal (meaningful) for his country to win them the Euro 2016 tournament.

Éder has had three goals in friendly play, but never one that could count as much as this.

Understandably, Cristiano Ronaldo broke down into tears after the 110th minute goal, having been taken off before the game eclipsed 30 minutes following a bad challenge to his knee that left the Real Madrid ace limping noticeably.

What a moment for Portugal to upset France on their home turf. What a fantastic Euro it was.
