Peep This Pregnant Woman Crushing Crossfit Like She Doesn’t Have A Full Grown Human Trying To Get Out Of Her

This video from Barcroft TV profiles Emily Breeze Watson, a pregnant weightlifter and fitness instructor who’s catching serious heat for doing what she do so close to giving birth. As someone who’s come very close to cutting off fingers and toes while at the gym because something slipped or a muscle failed, this lady is not only pressing plates, she’s pressing her luck. Yes! Classic local TV news reporter burn! Back to you, Tom…

Here’s the video description from Barcroft:

“A PREGNANT weightlifter is continuing her gruelling crossfit regime just days before her due date. Emily Breeze Watson is currently deadlifting 205lb weights – and could go into labour at any time. The super-strong mum-to-be, who is in the final stages of her first pregnancy, practices crossfit – a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and intensive cardio – six days a week. The 31-year-old has the full support of her husband, Martell Watson, a fellow weightlifter and fitness fanatic, and now she is encouraging other expectant mothers to stay active during pregnancy – despite heavy criticism. Emily, from North Carolina, America, has faced backlash online by strangers who say she is harming her unborn baby, but the fitness instructor rubbishes the claims and says she has never felt stronger and healthier.”

North Carolinaaaaa, come and raise up, take your shirt off, twirl it around your head like a helicopter (especially if you’re preggoooooo)! And then have every major recording artist cancel his or her tour date in your state because you’re not keen on the L or the G or the B or the Ts. And then deliver unto the world a beefy jacked baby that will come out of the body doing one-arm pushups.

Crossfit’s nuts, dude. My buddy got into Crossfit and they had to give him the keys to his gym because he’s so obsessed with it. I guarantee if he were pregnant, he would be doing double sessions. I like my fat. I like knowing if apocalypse comes early, I can coast on my fat for a few weeks.
