FSU Star QB Deondre Francois Out For The Season After Suffering Serious Knee Injury In First Game Against Alabama

FSU QB Deondre Francois is reportedly done for the season after suffering a knee injury late in the fourth quarter in team’s opening game against Alabama.

Florida State starting quarterback Deondre Francois suffered a season-ending patella tendon injury in his left knee and is scheduled to have surgery as early as Tuesday, according to sources.

News of Francois’ injury is a devastating blow for a team that was considered a serious contender to compete for the National Championship this year. Freshman QB James Blackman is expected to replace Francois for the foreseeable future.
