Good Call Pulling These Shirts, Nike!

In other, and more important, Marathon news, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was arraigned yesterday on charges of using a weapon of mass destruction, and “malicious destruction of property resulting in death.” He was read his rights bedside at a Boston area hospital, and, when asked questions, he only answered by either nodding in affirmation or saying “No.” Speaking is reportedly difficult, thanks to the possibly self-inflected gunshot wound the 19-year-old is carrying around in his neck. If you're interested, the Washington Post has a full record of what was said between the attorneys, judge, and Tsarnaev. (It's not much.)

Not in the transcript: Widespread reports which say Dzhokhar has indicated that he and his brother acted alone, without foreign involvement from a terrorist organization. Dzhokhar has also said that his brother was, naturally, the mastermind.
