Just Gronkowski Playing Dodgeball On Ice During Minor League Hockey Game

The Rob Gronkowski Super Bowl Celebration Extravaganza made a pit stop in Florida to play dodgeball on ice. On Wednesday night, Gronk attended the ECHL hockey game between the Florida Everblades and the Fort Wayne Komets.
And during the intermission he jumped on the ice to play some dodgeball. I hope his contract doesn’t have any stipulations against playing dodgeball on an ice rink.

Despite being a Pro Bowl tight end, his football talents did not particularly translate into spectacular dodgeball skills. He started off quickly, being one of the first to pounce on a ball, spin and fire it at his opponents. He later dropped two balls and fired one throw into the crowd.

Apparently Rob forgot the 5 D’s of dodgeball.

The worst part is that Gronk was eliminated by this jabroni earlier in the game.

Gronk commented on his performance via Ryan Toohey of Naples News:

“The (Blades) got a win tonight, and we got some dodgeball in. My throws were kind of off, but they had some power behind it. It was good to see the hometown team get a win. It’s good for the town, and it’s cool that everyone comes out to support them.”

I can’t wait to see what insane thing Gronk does on his victory tour.
