Jameis Winston’s New Florida Mansion Is Actually More Underwhelming Than I Thought It’d Be

As someone who doesn’t have millions of dollars to blow on flashy things like sick cars or an oversized house, I probably don’t have much room to trash the tastes of someone who does, like Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston.

The No. 1 overall pick in 2015 who had a decent first season, Winston recently purchased a 5,400 square-foot, five-bedroom, five-bath house for $1.195 million in a Tampa superb—and I’m actually kind of pissed that it’s not all that great.

Now, would you have to twist my arm to move into the thing? Fuck no! But, c’mon Jameis, what the hell is this McMansion that you just bought yourself? It looks exactly like a retired, 65-year-old man would move into so he can melt away in the Florida sun.
