Jermaine Kearse Made What Should Have Been The Most Amazing Catch In Super Bowl History

For a few minutes it looked like Jermaine Kearse had made one of the biggest catches in Super Bowl history. His improbable grab of a magic bouncing football put the Seattle Seahawks in prime position to win Super Bowl XLIX. An explicable decision to throw the football by Pete Carroll turned into a soul-crushing interception and allowed the New England Patriots to take football’s top crown.

It’s pretty amazing to think this is only, like, the third most ridiculous thing to happen in the game’s final two minutes.

What a Super Bowl. America is smoking a collective cigarette right now, trying desperately not to crash after such a high.
