For Under $500K You Can Now Own Johnny Manziel’s Home On A Golf Course In Cleveland (PICS)

Seeing as how, based on tabloid stories, Johnny Manziel hasn’t been home for more than a day at a time lately between visiting bars, night clubs and festivals, it’s easy to see why he’s selling his Cleveland home. Bro doesn’t need a home when you’re living large like he is these days. Plus he obviously has no reason to ever visit Cleveland again. (Unless Bieber or Chris Brown is playing a concert there or something.)

So if you’re in the market for a home in the Cleveland area, Manziel’s place can be all yours for the low, low, low price of just $489,000 according to Realtor.com (where you can see more pics).

And don’t worry, this isn’t the place the he and his friends allegedly trashed awhile back. This is the house where he hid from TV reporters and had art of himself giving the “money” gesture in his basement.

The 3 bed, 3-1/2 bath home was originally sold to Manziel for $438,400 about a year ago, but maybe he did some home improvements on the place in between failing at football and partying.

Here are few pics showing a little bit of what you’ll get should you decide this is the place for you…
