Johnny Manziel, as we well know, has been a busy boy lately. You know, what with his getting sober and that whole comeback thing he’s working on these days. Oh, that and playing Pokemon Go, natch.
However, as you may recall from WAY back in June, Manziel was the victim of a hit-and-run that messed up the sweet car he was also driving during his domestic altercation with his then girlfriend Colleen Crowley.
Fast forward to today and TMZ has obtained the audio of his 911 call, which kind of amazes me for a couple of reasons. (1) Bro was in a lucid enough state of mind to call 911, and (2) see #1.
In the audio you can hear JFF talk about how his car was hit by a black four-door Charger which sped from the scene. I love when the dispatcher asks for his name and responds, “Jonathan Manziel,” as if saying “Jonathan” will somehow conceal his well-known identity there.
Police are still investigating the incident and have not pressed charges against anyone as of yet.
