Johns Hopkins Lacrosse Pulls Off Perfect Hidden-Ball Trick Against Virgina In NCAA Tournament

“”

On Saturday, we were treated to this fantastic coast-to-coast score by the Albany goalie and today we get this gem. Johns Hopkins perfectly executed a hidden-ball trick in their NCAA Tournament game against Virgina. It was actually a double hidden-ball trick as Blue Jays teammates tap sticks on two separate fake handoffs. The crafty play fooled the Cavaliers’ defense and even the cameraman.

The Virginia goalie was completely taken by surprise and was scored upon literally behind his back. The amazing goal gave No. 10 Johns Hopkins a commanding 12-1 lead in the second quarter and they would go on to steamroll No. 9 Virginia by the score of 19-7 at Klöckner Stadium.
