There’s some drama brewing in the Bears locker room. Earlier in the week it was reported that Bears teammates Josh Bellamy and Tre McBride got into heated shouting match in the locker room.
According to two sources, McBride was involved in an argument primarily with receiver Josh Bellamy on Monday afternoon.
It started in the receivers’ meeting room while the players reviewed game film of the Bears’ 31-3 loss against the Eagles.
It then spilled over into the hallway. Reporters in the nearby media center overheard their loud, expletive-filled exchange.
It was a blowup at a time when frustrations are at a boiling point at Halas Hall. The Bears are 3-8 after losing four consecutive games; a coaching change seemingly is inevitable.
Fox declined to offer specifics on McBride’s release or the heated argument.
McBride was released by the team shortly after the argument and Bellamy spoke about the incident calling an argument between “brothers”
“It wasn’t nothing, man,” Bellamy said. “It was just a little brotherly love. Just football. … Hey, brothers get into it. You ever get into it with your brother? Yeah. That’s normal.”
After Bellamy made the “brothers” statement former Bears safety called out Bellamy on Twitter for sliding into teammates girlfriend’s DMs.

Jones-Quarterly didn’t specify if Bellamy slid into his girlfriend’s DMs or McBride’s but still a pretty crazy accusation.
