Josh McCown’s MANLY Response To Why He Stays In The Game Despite Being Injured Is The Stuff Of Legends

On Sunday the Browns took another L, this time to the Baltimore Ravens, but it wasn’t because quarterback Josh McCown wasn’t busting his ass in every way imaginable.

In fact, bro was getting hit so much that he injured his non-throwing shoulder so badly that he will miss week three’s game, if not more.

When asked by the media why McCown, 37, kept going back into the game despite taking an awful beating his response was damn near legendary…

“I think it’s just not wanting to not be out there with your guys, you know?” said McCown. “I got a dad and older brother who I know get up and go to work and sometimes they don’t feel great, and they go and they grind. And I got two little boys that — they’re playing football now — and they get hit and they get banged up and I’m trying to teach them what toughness means. So, for me, it’s those things — and just knowing the window for me right now.”

To me, that response almost puts Josh McCown into Bro King territory. What do you think?
