Cubs’ Kyle Schwarber Smashes Batting Practice Homer, Shatters Some Poor Fan’s Windshield

Guys, baseball season is here, and if you need more proof than what happened during Chicago Cubs batting practice, there might be something wrong with you.

That’s because Kyle Schwarber—yeah, the same Kyle Schwarber who belted a ridiculous dinger out of Wrigley Field in a playoff game against the St. Louis Cardinals last season that sat on top of the scoreboard—just knocked the snot out of another baseball that caused a shattered windshield for some unlucky fan.

As you may have noticed in the caption, at least the fan it happened to had a sense of humor about the whole thing, captioning by saying:

Our car is now famous. Kyle Schwarber’s home run in batting practice found our windshield. Everyone took pictures and laughed at the idiot who parked there. I did the same.

That’s cute and all, but, seriously, who the fuck is going to pay for this?

With Schwarber now making a name for himself after both his postseason bomb and this batting practice one, maybe Cubs fans will be a little smarter about where they park their cars.
