Cleveland Cavs guard Kyrie Irving has stayed silent over the past few days since the news broke that his now ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Kehlani, was the subject of a photo with her ex-boyfriend, musician PartyNextDoor.
The two-time All-Star finally broke that silence today on Twitter, though, sending out a few thoughts about the whole thing—with the tweets since being deleted.

While Ky doesn’t say much about the whole thing, he does express sympathy and “nothing but love” for Kehlani, who was hospitalized after a reported suicide attempt. Irving also notes that, when the photo was taken/released, he and the singer weren’t dating.
Between what’s going on with this situation and the turmoil with the Lakers, it has been a rough week for NBA ballers and their ladies, so hopefully this puts the whole Irving thing to rest.
