This Is LeBron James’ Hour-Long Workout And With God As My Witness I Started Sweating From Just Reading It

Now THIS is what champions are made of. I’m only about six minutes into this video and I can already tell that if this were me, I would’ve crapped out, sat on the ground and said “Dude, this workout is horseshit I’m a 5’7” girl who sits on her ass all day and blogs, why do I need to do even half of this?”

Of course, this workout is obviously meant to get LeBron in tip-top shape for his time spent on the court, whereas my workouts are meant for me to at least stave off the fat I surely gained after ordering a large bacon pizza from Papa Johns last night. Did I eat all of it? Obviously. But will my paltry 30 minutes on a treadmill later tonight at the gym burn all of that off? Hell naw.
