We’ve written about how hot Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford’s wife, Kelly, is before, but ol’ girl found herself in the doghouse after posting something to her Instagram account that just pissed off a hell of a lot of Lions fans.
With her hubby’s team taking on the New Orleans Saints tonight on Monday Night Football, Kel actually had the “audacity” to, not only post five tickets to the game on StubHub, but actually snapping a pic and putting up on her Instagram for people to see!
Look, I’m all about getting some money on something that I either paid for and won’t use or received and want to return—like, presumably, a lot of the Christmas gifts I’m about to get—but for a millionaire quarterback’s wife to do is a terrible look—and the Detroit faithful/Stafford haters wanted it to be known.
As one would imagine, after Lions trolls came out and bashed Kelly for posting the tickets to sell, she tried to defend herself by explaining the whole thing and that she wasn’t just trying to pass off player tickets for a profit.
You guys, grandpa is sick so the family is staying home to take care of him, don’t make it a big deal because they can’t make the game—although, Lions fans aren’t so forgiving after the shitty season they’ve had.
So much for the holiday/giving spirit in Motown, huh?
