Manny Pacquiao Buys Diddy’s Old Mansion For $12.5 Million And 4 Tickets To The Mayweather Fight

With a little over one month to go until the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight in Las Vegas, Manny Pacquiao just dropped $12.5 Million on a Beverly Hills mansion previously owned by Sean ‘Puffy’ Combs. Most boxers like sequester themselves away leading up to huge fights, but Manny Pacquiao is instead spending the time in the public eye and packing boxes.

In addition to the $12.5 million price tag of the home, Manny Pacquiao reportedly had to toss in four tickets to sweeten the deal because he was going up against two other bidders, and the broker of the home is apparently a huge boxing fan. The 10,000 square foot home boasts 7-bedrooms and 8-bathrooms, and all of the amenities you’d expect to see in a $12.5 million Beverly Hills mansion.

The house was previously owned by Diddy, but as Zillow states it was owned by him back when he was known as ‘Puff Daddy’:

The 7-bedroom, 8-bath manse features a grand, two-story entrance with a sweeping staircase and a master suite with his-and-her bathrooms. The “her” side boasts a steam shower, spa bathtub and two large, custom walk-in closets.

A home theater plays in high definition and surround sound, with luxurious seating for more than 20 people.

The listing agent, Elsa Nelson of Nelson Shelton & Associates Real Estate, sold the home to Sean “Diddy” Combs back when he was called Puff Daddy and was dating Jennifer Lopez. Nelson took multiple photos of Manny in his new digs with the agents and the current owners, who are not celebs.

“This is the fourth time our company has sold that particular property,” Nelson notes. “And Manny is buying the home completely furnished.”

Is it just me, or does that look just like the house from Whitney Houston’s ‘The Bodyguard’?

TMZ was first to report on Manny Pacquiao’s huge purchase:

Manny Pacquiao has just pulled the trigger on Diddy’s former Beverly Hills mansion — TMZ Sports has learned he’s officially buying the $12.5 million estate … AND EVERYTHING INSIDE OF IT!
We broke the story … Pacman fell in love with the 10,000 square foot pad as soon as he stepped on the property last weekend — and now our real estate sources say he made the quick decision to buy.
But there was a catch … Manny wanted to move FAST — demanding a lightning fast escrow period so his massive Filipino family has a place to stay when they come to L.A. for the fight.
In fact, Manny’s in such a rush … he worked out a deal to get the house fully furnished with the furniture, art and appliances that are currently inside the place.
And get this — the owners have even agreed to STOCK THE WET BAR for Pacman as part of the deal. Baller stuff.

Who buys a house with everything in it? Seriously? Is that not creepy as hell?
